Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Admin Portal
To provide better feedback to admin users when their session is due to expire a banner is now shown at the top of the Admin Portal if the current user token will expire within 10 minutes.
This should reduce the instances of admin users making updates and then trying to save those updates but their token has expired, leading to a failed save.
Once the token has expired a warning message is shown to notify the user.
The system will now also log out of the Admin Portal if the user token has expired and the user tries to navigate to another section or retrieve data for improved security.
Dashboard
Updated the Current Membership statistics card, this now allows for selecting specific previous months for comparison, rather than the previous year on year limited option.
Additionally a new default membership table view has been added, which provides the data in tabular format, as well as the option to download the currently viewed data as a CSV.
Events
Booking Form
Bookings may now be created or updated if the event has a status of Draft, previously the event had to be either Open, Closed or At-capacity.
This will allow for an event to remain in Draft, and therefore not displayed in the Members Area, but an admin user may still add or amend bookings for the event.
Event Options
Added a new option titled Guests cannot be removed or have tickets modified by the member after booking which can be used to control whether members may modify existing booking guests which may cause booking totals to change, such as changing the ticket or removing the guest from the booking.
New guests added to a booking are not restricted, only existing guests already against the booking.
Attendee Search
A new section has been added that can be used to search for an attendee (member or guest) across all events and bookings for a client.
Fields that can be searched are:
- Attendee first name
- Attendee surname
- Attendee email address
These may be partial matches, for example searching for "John" would return all members with John in the firstname, surname (eg Johnson) or email address (eg johnsmith@company.com) fields against the attendee.
NOTE: due to the partial matching, the results may contain some attendees that do not meet your requirements, but are returned because at least one of the fields contains matching text.
Clicking on any returned row will navigate to the related booking.
Members
Bulk Emails
A tool has been added to allow sending bulk registration/password reset emails to active members.
Please see this article for further details.
Deleted Member Retention Policy
The number of days before a deleted member record is permanently deleted has been changed from 90 days to 30 days.

Pages
Updated the Card options to allow for formatting of the card layout and the images within the cards.
Cards can now be formatted at set widths, which can help when adding a single card which would usually take up the full width of the page area.
Card images can now be formatted, such as wide and circle formats, which are applied to all images in the cards in that section, providing a more consistent look for the cards.
Members Area
Events
If the Guests cannot be removed or have tickets modified by the member after booking option is selected for an event then the member will see the following warning when updating an existing booking:
