Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.

Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.

Admin Portal

Events

Event Options

Added an additional option for allowing guests to select a guest ticket option from a ticket other than the one the member is booking.

If ticked then a member may select a guest ticket from any of the available tickets for the event, not just the ticket that they are booking for themselves.

Ticketing

Updated the layout for the main Tickets list, as shown below:

Added an additional ticket option for guests. This allows adding an additional guest type of Guest (Concession), with a differing price from the normal guest option.

Members

General

Updated the Send password function to display the type of email that would be sent, either Send registration email, or Password reset.

Members Area Permissions

Each member now has permissions against their member record which controls whether they can access certain sections of the Members Area.

A members permissions can be found by going to the members record and viewing the Permissions tab, as shown below.

Events

Amending Booking Payment Issue

An issue occurred where the system incorrectly calculated the balance of a booking if a member amended a booking and added a guest.

This has now been resolved.

GoCardless Mandate Setup

Updated the GoCardless new mandate setup process so that once a member completes the new mandate process in GoCardless it will redirect them back to the page they were originally on within the members area, for example the event they wished to book.

Guest (Concession) Option

Members may now select a Guest (Concession) ticket, if added to the ticket they have selected.

Guests can have a different ticket to the member

If this option is ticked in the Event Options for an event then a member may choose any available guest ticket option for their guests (if not sold out), not just the guest options for the ticket the member has selected.
