2025-07 Release Notes

Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.

Admin Portal

General

Improved the way the system handles updating the user token when logged in and idle for 10+ minutes.

This will resolve the issue some users have with returning to the Admin Portal and attempting to load a section and the page returning no data.

Committees

Committee Meetings

Added an option Meeting ID and Meeting Passcode for virtual events.

Donations

Filtering

Donations can now be filtered based on the date and frequency of the donations, as well as if Gift Aid was selected.

When using the donations filter, the export option will only export those returned donations.

Performance

Reduced the time taken to retrieve donations on the main Donations lists.

Donation Details

• Updated the layout when viewing an individual donation to better group the donation information
• Updated the transactions functionality to allow for adding, amending and deleting transactions (dependent on the transaction type/status)

Events

Added a new option in the Event Options in an event called Send booking confirmation PDF in email.

Virtual Events

Added an option Meeting ID and Meeting Passcode for virtual events.

If added these will be displayed to the member once they have made a booking, as well as on the booking confirmation email.

Members

Members List

The Date of Birth field now displays the age, in years, of the member.

Segments

When viewing a segment there is now an option to view what query defines that segment, which can be useful to understanding if the results returned match what is expected.

However over the ℹ️ icon to view the details.

The same functionality has been added to the Manage Segments page.

Organisations

Members Area

Committee Meetings

Updated the layout of the meeting details.

Events

Booking emails now correctly format the ticket price, transaction amount and booking amount to two decimal places, and if any of the above are 0 cost then, instead of £0, "No charge" is shown.

Updated the layout and logic for the event details and booking forms.

Orders

Order emails now correctly format the line item price, delivery cost, transaction amount and order amount to two decimal places, and if any of the above are 0 cost then, instead of £0, "No charge" is shown.
