2025-06 Release Notes

Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.

Admin Portal

Committees

Committee Meetings

Updated the logic for displaying the Declined members list.

Events

Opening individual events has now been updated to improve the loading time when viewing an event.

Now each tab within the event retrieves its data set individually, rather than globally when the event is opened.

Booking Form

The booking form will now display an appropriate message if bookings are not allowed based on the event status, such as if the event status is External.

Event Deletion

Added a popover to explain why an event can't be deleted, such as if there are tickets or bookings against it.

Attendees

Updated the page logic for how these are displayed on the page.

Tickets

Creating a new ticket, or deleting an existing ticket will now correctly refresh the Tickets tab count badge.

Organisations

Added functionality to allow deletion of an organisation.

Pages

Improved the loading times of data on the Pages list.

Updated the handling of Gallery images.

Updated the sidebar to indent sub categories of a main category.

Archived Status

Added an Archived status option, similar to the archived status for members.

Pages with an archived status won't be visible on the normal Pages list, instead these Pages can be found by using the Archived link in the sidebar.

Subscriptions

Updated the subscription instalments to show if they have been processed (transaction created).

Updated the logic for displaying a message to the member if a meeting occurs after their service on the committee ends.

Added lazy loading to gallery images to reduce page load times and data usage.
