Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Admin Portal
General
When using a form where a member search field exists it now also displays the members email address (if added) to make it easier to distinguish members with the same names.
Committees
Meeting documents may now be reordered by dragging and dropping the respective documents.
Members
Added more user friendly error messages when creating, saving or updating a member.
Archived Member Status
A new status of archived can be set against a member.
This is intended for members that need to be kept in the system for historical or record keeping reasons, rather than being deleted or made inactive.
- Archived members cannot receive system emails or log in to the members area.
- Archived members do not appear on the default members lists, but can be found by using the Advanced Search function and specifying the status type.
It is advised to create a new Segment for this member status type for easy reference.
Orders
There is now an Orders tab which will show any Open, Completed or Cancelled orders a member has made.

Orders
Order Status
Changed the status title of PENDING to OPEN for clarity.
Order Transactions
Transactions in an order may now be created, edited or deleted (if the transaction is editable).
Delivery Rates
Delivery Rates may now be created, edited or deleted.
Products
Updated the Products page to provide a better layout of each product.
Each product now shows its variants, their price, VAT rate and inventory level on the main products list.
Product Status
A product may now either be On Sale or Draft, with only On Sale products being shown in the members area.
Products are now divided by this status, with links on the sidebar menu to view products with either status.
Variant Inventory
Inventory levels are now tracked correctly when an order is placed.
Members may only order up to the current inventory level for a product variant.
Members Area
Calendar
Optimised data retrieval which improves the load time of the calendar page.
Committees
Added Your Committees Summary section which shows upcoming meetings for any committee the member is an active member of.
If a member is an active member of at least one committee then those committees are shown at the top of the page.
Other committees are then showed below this section.
If a member is not an active member of any committees then the normal committees list is shown.
Meetings in the next 30 days are shown for each committee, giving an overview for the member.
If there are any committees that the member is not an active member of then these are shown below in the Other Committees section.
Shop
Products
Product variants in a members cart can now only be incremented up to the inventory number for that variant. If a member tries to increase the product variant amount by more than the amount in inventory, then a message will be shown that there is not enough stock.
Checkout
When a member places an order, the inventory levels for each ordered product variant are updated, eg if a member orders 2 blue ties from the Ties product then the inventory level for blue ties is reduced by 2, down to a minimum of 0. If a member tries to increase the product variant amount by more than the amount in inventory, then a message will be shown that there is not enough stock.
