Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Admin Portal
Dashboard
Statistics
The Statistics have been updated to provide filtering options for revenue, as well as changing to a standard bar chart.
These filters will allow for filtering based on year, year on year, and type of transaction.
The Membership statistic section can now show membership levels for the same time the previous year, which can be useful for viewing membership over time.
Additionally, the statistics have been refactored to be much quicker to load.
Donations
Filters
Added the option to filter by donor, as well as minimum and maximum donation amounts.
Events
Event Options
Added an additional document/attachment field which can be used to add attachments that can be visible to anyone viewing the event, even if they have not booked.
Excluded
Added a top level event filter that can be used to exclude a member from being able to see the event in the Members Area.
The Excluded tab lists which members (if any) are currently excluded from the event.
Control of excluding members is handled in the Eligible Members tab.
If a member has not booked yet then an option to exclude will be shown.
If a member is excluded then they are removed from the Waiting List, if they exist there.
Members
Moved the sorting of columns from a new database query, to be handled within the browser. This will make sorting of columns much faster and more responsive.
Organisations

Pages
Categories
Added a delete function to categories.
Only a category that is not used by any Pages articles can be deleted, a message will be shown when trying to delete if this is the case.
Shop
Featured Product
An additional field has been added which can be used to set a product as a featured product.
If ticked this will put that product at the top of the shop page.
Multiple products can have this option ticked, if so they are ordered first on the Shop page, then sub-ordered by creation date.
The order of the products in the Admin Portal now reflect the order for which they are displayed in the members area.
Transactions
Added a Payment ID column, which will show the payment ID from certain providers for the transaction, such as Stripe.
Added a button for viewing the transaction in the payment provider platform, eg Stripe or GoCardless.
Members Area
My Activity
A new dropdown menu called My Activity now exists where the Payments link previously lived.
This holds various new sections, which are:
Bookings
Donations
Orders
As well as the existing Payments and Membership/Quarterage pages.
NOTE: These new options will only be visible if they are enabled in your client, eg Shop.
Bookings
This will show the member a page with tabs for Forthcoming Events, Previous Events, Cancelled Events and Waiting List.
Donations
This will show any members donations made from the Members Area in a table view.
Orders
This will show any members orders made in the Members Area.
