Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Admin Portal
Committees
Committee Meetings can now be duplicated using the Duplicate Meeting button.
Declined
Declined responses can now be removed from a meeting, doing so will set the member response status as Not Responded.
Events
Attendees
Fixed a bug where if a member previously booked and then cancelled, and then booked again then the link to their booking took you to their original (and now cancelled) booking.
Bookings
Added a revenue summary at the top of the Bookings table which gives a Total Booking Revenue amount, as well as a Completed and Pending Transactions split.
Calendars
Calendars now have the option to specify which payment methods can be used for those events that have that calendar set.
For example, you may have various Stripe accounts, such as a standard company account, as well as another for specific cases such as charitable events.
You may create events, such as fundraisers, that need the payments to be limited to a specific payment method.
This can now be achieved by setting which payment methods can be used for a Calendar against an event.
The main Calendars list displays the payment methods set.
Either updating or creating a new calendar will show the following:
Please note that at least one payment method must be selected to allow bookings for an event that is listed against this calendar.
Otherwise, an error message will be displayed that no payment methods are enabled.
NOTES:
- Only those payment methods that are assigned to Bookings will be shown
- Calendars assigned to Committee Meetings do not display the payment method options.
- Payment methods hidden from the members area are not listed
- Payment methods which are set as admin only in the configuration file will not be listed

This filtering allows you to see only those payment methods a member could select.
Members
Quarterage/Subscriptions
If added, a members quarterage/subscription payment method details will be shown for reference.
If GoCardless is set as the payment method then a link to the mandate is shown.
Activity
The Member Activity logs can now be filtered based on the Type.
Segments
Added a Sync All button which can be used to synchronise all segments to Mailchimp, instead of needing to use the Sync button for each segment.
Mailchimp
Improved the backend logic for syncing member data to Mailchimp.
Pages
Added an option to clear the Local Cache for a page.
Shop
Orders Sidebar
Added an All option, which will show all orders, regardless of status.
Orders
Orders can now be reopened if they are closed or cancelled.
Order Exports
Order exports now only export the currently viewed orders, such as Pending, Completed, Cancelled, or All.
Members Area
Events
Added in the calendar payment methods so that an event can have specified payment methods against it.
Registration/Password Reset Page
Fixed a bug where the error message was not displaying correctly.
Added a warning message if the passwords entered do not match each other.
