Depending on whether a member is already registered or not there is the option to manually send either a registration or password reset email to the member.
If you wish to send registration or password reset emails to multiple members, then the Bulk Sending Registration/Password Reset Emails tool can be used.
Log in to the Admin Portal
Go to the Members section and select the member to view their details.
NOTE: A member must have a status of active to be able to send them system emails, if they are not active then the options are shown but they are disabled.
Registration Emails
If the member has not already registered then an option will be shown at the top of the page titled Send registration email.
The top Summary grey section displays if the member has registered or not.
If the member has a status of active then the Send registration email text can be clicked, which will open a confirmation window, where you can either confirm or cancel the registration email.
Pressing the Yes button will send the member a registration email.
NOTE: It will send the registration email to the email address set on their Summary tab email address field.
A registration email will be similar to below, but will be branded based on your client theme.
