Depending on how your member fields are configured a member or admin user may toggle visibility of fields.
The member may do this by navigating to their My Profile page and clicking on the fields shown, an example is shown below, however these fields will differ across clients.
Hidden fields will be greyed out and have Private against them, and these will not be shown to other members when they view the members profile.
Admin Portal
To set a members fields as hidden from the Admin Portal navigate to the members Summary tab.
At the bottom of the page is the GDPR and Privacy section, and within that is the Hidden Fields section.
This displays the currently hidden fields for the member, as shown below.
The field(s) to be hidden may be added here.
To add a new field to hide start typing the name of the field in the text entry area, as shown below.
Select the field to add and it will then be added to the hidden fields for that member.
To remove a field use the X option against that hidden field to remove it, then use the Save button at the top of the page to save the changes.
