Depending on how your member fields are configured a member or admin user may toggle visibility of fields.
The member may do this by navigating to their My Profile page and clicking on the fields shown, an example is shown below, however these fields will differ across clients.
Hidden fields will be greyed out and have Private against them, and these will not be shown to other members when they view the members profile.
Admin Portal
To set a members fields as hidden from the Admin Portal navigate to the members Summary tab.
At the bottom of the page is the GDPR and Privacy section.
The field(s) to be hidden may be added here. Each field should be added separately using the Add Hidden Field button.
To remove a field use the X option against that hidden field to remove it, then use the Save button at the top of the page to save the changes.
