Memb.rs allows for control over which sections an administrative user can access or view.
This provides flexibility for clients with multiple administrative users where these administrative users have specific roles, such as managing Committees, but you do not need them to be able to view Members details or Pages content etc.
The following sections can be assigned or restricted against an administrative user.
- Dashboard Statistics
- Members
- Subscriptions
- Organisations
- Transactions
- Events
- Committees
- Donations
- Shop
- Pages
- Analytics
NOTE: that by disabling access to one section, such as Events, will mean that a members bookings won't be visible against a members record in the Members section.
Some sections, such as Committee members, can still be seen if the Members section is disabled, as this only shows a members name, and is typically required if managing a committee.
If a section is disabled for an admin user they will see similar to below:
If an admin user attempts to open an admin portal link for a section they do not have permissions for they will see a message similar to below:
Administrative access can be modified at any time by contact support@memb.rs.
We can also provide a spreadsheet of your administrative users with details of which sections they do or do not have access to.
