We use Postmark to send system generated emails to your members, an example is shown below.
These emails are branded based on your configuration, meaning your logo and fonts, as well as contact details, are added to each email.
An appropriate email account should be provided to us that will be used to send the system generated emails.
To allow us to send these emails as if we were an email account within your domain, your domain (DNS) must have additional records added to it.
If these are not added then the recipient email provider may flag the system generated emails as spam or block them.
The settings required to be added are:
- A DKIM TXT value
- A Return-Path CNAME value
We will share these values with you once this stage is required to be completed.
Notes:
- Claranet requires quotes around some values to be accepted.
