Memb.rs is designed to be a separate entity from your website with its own secure login, allowing you to provide a clear distinction between website and membership data.
As Memb.rs has its own application programming interface (API) nearly any data stored in Memb.rs can be displayed on your website directly, meaning that you only have to update the data in one place.
This data access is controlled by API keys, ensuring only specified site(s) can send and retrieve data.
For example, whilst events can only be booked from within the members area we can work with you to display key information for events on your website, such as header image, name, details etc, with a link to the relevant members area event page against it.
This allows you to publicly display information to potential members.
Similarly you may wish to display information about your committees and their members (or only specific committees), this would pull the data from your members area, meaning again that it only needs to be updated in one location.
Lastly, you may have a registration or application form on your website for new members, these form fields and their data can be sent to Memb.rs to create the initial member profile, reducing the administrative overhead of adding new members.
We have built integrations with most popular website builders, such as WordPress, so can either provide details on how to integrate Memb.rs data via our API, or carry out the work for you.
Please contact us with your exact requirements for this.
