Below are details of the main updates rolled out in September.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Membrs Admin
Committees
The committee meeting form field External URL Title now saves correctly when added.
Meetings
The Add meeting attendee form now correctly retrieves the members dietary requirements (if they have any saved) for any text field with "dietary" in the title.
Not Responded
The committee meeting page now displays any members who have yet to, or did not respond to the meeting, either by confirming or declining their attendance.
Dashboard
Updated the page logic to retrieve the events, meetings and statistics data each time the page is loaded.
NOTE: Statistics data is still only updated every 60 minutes
Events
Event Options
There is now a Hide number of tickets remaining? option, which can be used to toggle whether the remaining ticket numbers are shown against tickets with Total Tickets Available set to members in the members area event page.
Attendees
The Attendees tab now links the member name to their booking details page.
Perfect Table Plan
The Attendees & Bookings tab now have an option to export the attendees formatted correctly for Perfect Table Plan.
Please see this guide for how to import the data.
Create or Update a Booking
The form has been updated to add a checkbox to control whether the member receives a confirmation email when you make the booking for them in the admin portal.
This is by default set to not send the member an email (unticked).
This checkbox is per booking creation or update and is not stored, so it will need to be selected each time you wish to send the member a booking email.
NOTE: Members booking in the members area will always receive a confirmation email.
Booking Confirmation Emails
The booking emails sent to a member now contain a link to the event at the bottom of the email.
Members
The Add Member function now correctly keeps the initial submitted form data in the case of an error.
Pages
Event Picker
Added an additional option for adding event details to a page as a card.
This option allows for searching of a future event by its name, and once selected a card will be shown that contains the header image, name, start date and time, end time, summary text and a button with a link to the event within the members area.
NOTE: The event details card will automatically update with any changes from the event if it is modified in the future, such as changing the header image, title etc.
This will be shown in the members area as below
Shop
#869387x8u Delivery Rates
The Delivery Rates section has been added, this provides details of the delivery rates/methods that are available for the Shop.
Delivery Rates are now correctly applied against a Shop order, for example if a delivery method has a cost of £10.00 and the member selects this on the checkout page then it will be added to the cart total.
Please contact support@memb.rs to add or modify delivery rates.
Members Area
Events
Booking Confirmation Emails
The booking emails sent to a member now contain a link to the event at the bottom of the email.
Member Profile
Profile Images can now be removed from a members profile.
Pages
Added the option to display event details on a page.

Shop
#869387x8u Delivery Rates
The costs for each delivery method are displayed in the selection dropdown menu.
A member can now select a delivery method, and if there is a cost set against it then this is applied to the order total.
