The Attendees tab list now shows the name of the member against the guest if the attendee is a guest of a member.
The attendees list has been updated to show members in bold text, with their attendees listed underneath.
A Guest of column has been added which details which member the guest is booked with.
Members
Segments
The Manage Segments section will now display a Sync button for those clients with Mailchimp integration.
This allows for the segment to be manually synchronised with Mailchimp and added as a tag against matching contacts in your audience.
NB: This will only sync the segment name as a tag to Mailchimp, and the member must exist as a contact in Mailchimp with a matching email address for the tag to be added against them.
Members Area
Committees
The Important Documents section has been updated:
- Files are listed with the most recently added shown at the top
- Additional columns for file type and file size are now shown
- File size will be shown for files added after 16th July 2024
Company Information
The Company Information cards that shows the various categories and their pages can now use emojis or spaces in front of the page title to list those articles first.
Typically pages are listed alphabetically so this method can be used to override this sorting.
In the screenshot below a ℹ️ emoji has been added before the Membership Documents page title, however any emoji icon can be used, which has put that article at the top of the list.
The Organisation Affiliation page has a leading space, which has added it to the top of the list.
This leading space is not shown on the list, so provides a useful method for pinning page articles to the top of the list.
Dashboard
The Events card now:
- shows the date and time event bookings will open if the event Open On date and time is in the future.
- shows additional badges if an event is at capacity, closed or an external event
