Below are details of the main updates rolled out in June.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Membrs Admin
Dashboard
A new dashboard view with charts and graphs for various data within each client has been added.
The dashboard will be expanded in the future to include additional information, however if you have a specific request please contact us at support@memb.rs.
Members
Added an option to email a member from their profile, if an email address is stored for the member.
This will open your email client and create a new email with their email address in the To: field.
Added an Updated At field which stores the date and time that the members profile was last updated, either by the member or in the admin portal.
Membership Types
Specific payment methods can now be chosen for membership/quarterage types.
This allows you to restrict which payment method a member can use, for example if you offer a discounted membership for payment using Direct Debit, then this can be set as the only payment option allowed.
The payment methods shown are based on each clients payment methods.
Transactions
A new Transactions table has been added, which will show all transactions within your Members Area.
Filters can be used to interrogate the data, as well as an export option, which will export the data as a CSV format file.
Members Area
Directory
Updated the way filters are handled per client to allow for more flexible filter options. The filter options are now displayed on the left hand side of the directory.
Filters can now be created for nearly any field in your client, please contact support@memb.rs.
