Below are details of the main updates rolled out in February.

Individual committee meetings can now be linked to in the members area.
A button on the meeting page in the admin now allows for copying the URL for the meeting in the members area which can be shared with members of that committee.

Meetings can now be cancelled by setting the Meeting Form Status to Cancelled.
This will lock the meeting in the members area and instead show a warning message that the meeting has been cancelled.
Please use the Closed/Cancelled meeting message free text area to add any information you wish to give to the member to explain why the meeting has been cancelled.
This will appear under the default Cancelled warning message

Fixed a bug where the committee meeting documents may be removed from a meeting when updating the meeting form.
Events
Event Timezone
Added an additional field for the event timezone.
Whilst this is a required field, by default this will be set to Europe/London for every new event, meaning that it should not need to be updated.
This will then be used in the members area against events, so that if a member is in a different timezone they see the time it will start in the timezone set, not the time of the event offset to their location.
For example, previously if an event started at 1300 and a member was in New York they would see the relative start time of 0800 on the event page.
Now, even if they are in New York they will see 1300.
The Open On and Close On date and times will be kept relative to the members timezone, so if the Close On time was set at 1300 with a timezone of Europe/London and someone was in New York they would see 0800 for the Close On time.
Copy Event URL
Added in the option to copy the members area URL of the event.
Pressing the Copy Event URL button will copy the URL to your clipboard, which can be pasted in to your email client etc.

If a member uses these links then they are taken to the respective meeting page.

Committee members can now only see meetings that occur before their end date on a committee.
This means that they now cannot potentially confirm or decline attendance for a meeting past their end date, nor see its documents etc.
