Organisations

The Organisations section (name will vary by client) now provides the additional options for:

• Quick Search
• Columns
• Export and
• Search

These are similar to the Members main list functionality.

The number of matching organisations is also shown for quick reference.

The Quick Search option allows for simple filtering based on the name of the organisation.

The Columns option allows for showing or hiding nearly any data field within your schema.

The Export option provides the ability to export a CSV file with the organisations shown in the list. Similar to the Members Export option, only the matching organisations are exported in the CSV file. For example, if a search was created for only organisations with astatus of "active", then only those organisations would be exported. This also applies to saved Segments.

The data fields shown in the export will be based on your data schema but can usually be modified to your requirements.

The Search function provides options for advanced search queries based on nearly any data field within the organisation schema, and to save the search parameters as a Segment.

Members Area

Some Stripe payments were not processing correctly, with the 3D authentication window not showing for some members when requested by their bank.

This has now been resolved, members should now attempt to complete outstanding payments, which they can find in their Payments page.

A numbered badge has been added which will notify members if they have any incomplete payments and how many:

They should also now see a version number at the bottom of the page, if not then they should do a full reload of the members area:

Depending on whether you have a footer enabled on your client.

This has been added this so it is easier to see if a member is using an old version of the system, the version number will be updated for larger updates in the future.

Recommendations are for members to attempt payments as normal, if they experience issues then to reload the page and enter the card details manually.

Dashboard

The dashboard layout can now be reordered so that the Events, Company Information and Committees cards are shown first on the page, with the News and Member Search shown last.
