Below are details of the main updates rolled out in February.

Membrs Admin
Donations

Added in the option to email donors from the Donation detail page.
Now, the donors email address is now shown and is a mailto link, this will open your default email client and prefill the donors email address and a subject line of "Your donation to <CLIENT NAME>".
Events

Added in the option to email members from the Bookings tab.
NOTE: The button will only be populated with the Members email address that made the booking (not guests), and only then if the members booking status is Confirmed.
At present this will open your default email client and populate the To, Bcc and Subject fields, as shown below.
NOTE: The To field is configured to use the default client email address, this is to allow the members email addresses to be added as Bcc addresses to the email.
This will mean that members won't see other members email addresses when sending the email.
Members
The Resend password functionality now has a confirmation dialog box to reduce the possibility of sending a reset/registration email inadvertently.
Miscellaneous

Added in help text for sections when no data is retrieved or displayed.
Similar to below, the help text will provide details on what is required to carry out a task, or how to resolve the issue of no data returned.
Members Area

Events that a member are not applicable to book (eg no tickets available apply to them) will be listed in the upcoming events, but will not be linked to the event and will also be opaque, as shown below.
This is to give members greater visibility of activity within the company, as well as give incentive to progress in the company.
This now matches the Calendar results logic.
Directory

Member profiles layout have been updated for better legibility and usability on mobile devices, primarily how content breaks on to new lines based on the viewport width.
Minor updates to the formatting on larger devices have also been implemented.

Member Profile Cards Format
Clients have been migrated to now use the Cards display format for member details, this provides more flexibility when displaying member data such as:
- Custom naming of card headers
- Additional cards can be added based on your requirements
- Hidden cards when no data for that card is stored or visible
An example is shown below:
Note: Clients cards have been added based closely on the previous cards and fields used, however please contact support@memb.rs if you would like these updated.
Events
The Event pages have been updated with minor improvements for usability.

Similar to the Dashboard Events card update above, the Events list now shows all events in the company, any events that the member is not applicable to book will not provide a link to the event details or show the start/end times, and will be opaque.
This now matches the Calendar results logic.

The Virtual Event Link logic has been updated.
The Virtual Event Link button will now only be shown if the following criteria are met:
- The event is open but has no tickets and the current date/time is between the "Open On" and "Close On" date/times and the event "End Date/Time" is in the future
or
- The member has made a booking and the event "End Date/Time" is in the future (Open On and Close On date/times are therefore ignored)
If the above criteria are not met then a message stating that "The virtual event link will be displayed once your booking has been made" or similar (depending on the event status):
News & Updates

If more than one category has been applied to the News & Updates section then these will be shown as filters for the articles shown.
Clicking on the filter button will filter the articles to only match that category.
Payments

Payments with a value of £0.00 are now hidden from the Payments page.
These £0.00 transactions can sometimes occur when a guest is removed from a booking and subsequently added again in the admin area that has already been paid.
The £0.00 transactions will still be shown in the admin area until the logic is added to remove them in the future.
