Below are details of the main updates rolled out in July.

Members

Creation of Non-Members
Non-members can now be created and updated manually.
Please be aware that:
- Non-members cannot log in to the system
- Non-members are not listed in the members area directory
- Non-members are not listed by default in the admin area
- Non-members can be found by using the Advanced Search option in the admin area and selecting the Non-member Status

Default Member List Columns
The default columns of First Name, Surname and Email can now be overridden.
For example, you may always want to show the Company Status or Company Role of members, as well as their name and email address.
Please contact support@memb.rs with the columns that you wish to be the default.
These can include nearly any field in the member Summary, Profile and Data tabs.
NOTE: The default columns do not override the columns displayed in saved segments.

Committees Filtering
The sidebar now shows a list of committees which can be used for navigation:
Committee Meetings

Meeting Notes
Committee meetings can now have Meeting Notes added to them, for example to provide a brief overview of the meeting agenda.
The Meeting Notes text box provides a rich-text editor for formatting such as adding in links, lists etc.

Closed Meeting Message
Committee meetings can now have an optional Closed Meeting Message added, so that when either the Close Date/Time has passed, or the Meeting Form Status is set to Closed then the text is displayed.
If a Closed Meeting Message is not added then the default system message is displayed to state that the meeting form is closed.
The Closed Meeting Message text box provides a rich-text editor for formatting such as adding in links, lists etc.

Donations

Monthly Donations Payment Method
Added in the Payment Method reference for monthly donations, previously this was not shown.
Updated the Donations CSV report to include the Payment Method for monthly donations.

Donations Filtering
Donations can now be filtered based on the frequency (monthly or one-off) using the sidebar options.

Donations Exports
Donations can now be exported based on their frequency.
On the main Donations list the Export Donations button will export all donations.
On the One-off or Monthly donations list, the Export option will only export the respective frequency donations.
Organisations (May be named differently per client)

Default Organisation List Columns

Members Area
Login/Password Reset and Forgotten Password Pages
The error messages when using an old link or incorrect email address have been updated to be more useful in indicating where the error may be.
