This is likely because the version of their web browser is below the supported level.

It is advisable to use the latest web browser version as it will include security updates and features that are required for the web.
All versions of Internet Explorer are unsupported when using memb.rs as Internet Explorer has been replaced by Microsoft Edge.
Google Chrome
Supported version(s):
- Chrome version 112 and above

You can find the version of Google Chrome by copying and pasting the following link in to the web address bar in Google Chrome

Alternatively follow these steps:
- Open Google Chrome on your Mac or PC
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the window
- Hover your mouse over "Help"
- Click "About Google Chrome"
- The version of your Google Chrome browser will appear in the next window
Google Chrome should automatically update itself to the latest version.
Microsoft Edge
Supported version(s):
- Microsoft Edge version 111 and above
It is important to note that there are two versions of Microsoft Edge, only the new version is supported.
The older version which replaced Internet Explorer is called Microsoft Edge Legacy.
Microsoft Edge Legacy is typically found on older versions of Windows, such as Windows 7, or if operating system updates have been disabled.

- Open the new Microsoft Edge
- select Settings and more at the top of the window
- Select Settings

Firefox
Supported version(s):

Firefox should automatically update itself to the latest version.
iOS Safari (iPhones & iPads)
Supported version(s):
- iOS Safari version 14 and above
Finding Version Number
Within iOS, go to Settings > General > Software Update
Your iOS version and Safari version are the same. (Eg. iOS 14 = Safari 14)
iOS should notify of any system updates for iOS in the Software Update screen.
