Attendee Search

To facilitate finding attendees for events, primarily guests, the Attendee Search may be used to search across all events and bookings to find matching attendees.

Fields that may be searched are:

• Attendee first name
• Attendee surname
• Attendee email address
• Attendee company

These may be partial matches, for example searching for "John" would return all members with John in the firstname, surname (eg Johnson) or email address (eg [e-mail]) fields against the attendee.

You may search by partial email address, such as just the domain name to find those from a particular company, eg search using "somecompany.com" will return [e-mail], [e-mail] etc.

NOTE: that due to the partial matching the results may contain some attendees that do not meet your requirements, but are returned because at least one of the searchable fields contains matching text.

Clicking on any returned row will navigate to the related booking.
