Below are details of the main updates rolled out in August.

Membrs Admin
Version updated to 2.3.1, please reload the admin portal to get the latest changes.
Committees
Reduced the vertical padding on the Reorder Members member reordering modal so as to fit more members in the viewport for easier dragging and dropping.
Added a Cancel button to the Reorder Members modal window to make it more obvious how to close it.
Events
Various layout and help text updates for the event form.

Status of notification has been added as an option, this will allow the event to be viewed, but no status messages are shown against it (open/close date and times etc) and no bookings can be made.
Date & Time Pickers
- Minutes now increment by 1 minute instead of 5 minutes
Tickets
- Reduced vertical height of the segments list shown in the Edit/Update Ticket modal window
- Added additional help text to form fields in the Edit/Update Ticket modal window
- Added a Cancel button to the Tickets modal window to make it more obvious how to close it
Formatting of the main Tickets table to make it easier to see which segments and/or members are selected.

Updated the Columns select dropdown to group fields by type and section for easier searching.
Summary Tab
Updated the Summary tab fields (name, phone numbers etc) to display more consistently when viewed on mobile devices.
Added additional descriptions to some Summary tab fields.

Optional setting of having hidden categories, this can be used for creating categories that hold reference articles that you don't want shown in the members area, but can be viewed with the direct URL to that article.
This is useful for adding reference articles that you can then link to within another article.

This provides the relative URL of the current article, this can then be used for linking to an article from within another article.

Updated the logic to not show deleted committee meetings, or committee meetings from deleted committees.
Committees

Updated the layout of the committees list so that the committees don't have empty space in some committees where two adjacent committees have largely differing numbers of members.
This now uses a top to bottom, left to right method of displaying the committees.
Additional formatting updates, such as for the role badges, have been added.
Directory

Member profiles may now have readonly fields shown on them.
These readonly fields can not be hidden by the member, so will always be shown if there is a value against it.
For example, certain company or organisational fields and values should always be shown, such as the members status, joining date, role etc.
When the cursor is placed over these fields a message will be shown stating always visible.
Please contact support@memb.rs with the fields that you wish to have set as readonly.
Members may now have a key field shown under their name, for example their role within the organisation. This can be used in place or in addition to the data fields shown on the members cards.
Please contact support@memb.rs to configure this option.
Footer
- Additional options for adding an icon and link for Threads has been added
- You can choose whether to have the original Twitter logo, or the new X logo
