2023-03 Release Notes

Below are details of the main updates rolled out in March.

Membrs Admin

Committees

The Committees table results have been updated and reordered to provide more information.

The meeting name is now shown next to the date and time of the meeting.

If the meeting is in progress a notification badge is shown against that meeting.

The meeting status is shown, this will change based on the logic of the Meeting Form Status (open or closed) and the Close meeting form date/time.

A padlock icon is shown if the Close meeting form date/time has passed (see #862jbymek for details below).

Added a Close meeting form optional date/time field.

This can be used to automatically close the meeting form in the members area at a specific date/time, eg 1 day before the meeting, rather than having to manually close the meeting form.

The meeting will show a padlock icon against a meeting that has passed the Close meeting form date/time, as well as the close date/time set.

Meetings list view will show the Close meeting on date/time, as well as the padlock icon against any meetings that have passed the Close meeting on date/time.

The Members Area meeting view will visually look the same as before, however the underlying logic will close the meeting if the Close meeting on date/time value has passed.

Members

Resolved an issue where using the Quick Search function would not display any matching members.

Added in the ability to export an individual order as a PDF.

Members Area

Committees

Fixed badge icons not showing against specific meeting responses.

The Creating a Committee Meeting guide has been updated to give details on which responses will generate the badges against a member.

Directory

The Directory filter options have been updated to provide further functionality and usability improvements.

Filter options are now shown in dropdown menus rather than individual filter type buttons on the page.

The filters have been updated and the options shown will vary per client, but will typically allow for filtering based on surname letter, company status and interests, if set.

Noticeboard (News & Updates)

Updated the Category filter to a dropdown menu list.
