Below are details of the main fixes/updates that were rolled out recently.

Members Area

Events

  • The Events page only shows events that members are invited to. If a ticket is not created for an event then by default all members can view that event, to restrict some members to not see it you should create tickets which use segments, or that you individually invite members to.

  • Updated the ticket logic so that if a ticket is free then the dropdown ticket selection menu shows "Free", not "£0.00" as it previously did

  • Booking with 1 type of ticket and then amending the ticket to add another type of ticket gave an incorrect price, now if a member has made a booking for an event then the ticket options are not shown, only the option to add guests (if any) to the booking

  • Fixed a bug whereby the "Make Booking" button was inactive even though the booking form had been completed

  • Updated the "Decline Invite" wording to now say "Decline Booking Invitation"

  • The "Add a Guest" or "Add Another Guest" button is hidden if no guests can be added to a booking, or the maximum number of guests for that ticket have been added

  • If a ticket has the option to purchase tickets for guests this is now shown, along with the maximum number of guests allowed, in the event details of an event

  • Event logic has been updated to disable the booking form if the following criteria is met:
    
    • Event status is set to "closed", "external" or "at capacity"
    • The event doesn't fall between the "Open bookings at" and "Close bookings at" dates and times (these are now required fields)
    • Events now display a help message if they are set to "closed", "external" or "at capacity" to notify why bookings cannot be made on the event page

      • If the "Open bookings at" is in the future then the "Open bookings at" date/time is shown
      • If the "Open bookings at" date/time is in the past then the "Close bookings at" date/time is shown
