Below are shown some example metafields which can be copied and used in meeting forms.

Example Metadata

Options:

In Person, No Lunch
In Person, Lunch Required
Virtual

NOTE: You may substitute Virtually for Virtual above.

Dietary Requirements

To request a members dietary requirements please use the following metafield logic.

Field Name: Dietary Requirements

Type: Text

If added correctly then the members response field will be populated by their saved dietary requirements (if any have been added).

NOTE: Whilst the system will retrieve the members saved dietary requirements (if any) from their profile, at present it does not update their requirements if they modify the text in the meeting response field.
