Below are details of the main fixes/updates that were rolled out recently.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Members Admin
Committees

Committee meetings can now have a status of either Open or Closed.
This is then used to either allow or disallow a member from making changes to their response to the meeting or the metafield values.
This can be used to stop members from making changes ahead of a meeting so that numbers for lunches etc can be finalised.
The Meeting Form Status is shown on the main Committees page, the Committee Meetings tab within a Committee, and the meeting page itself.
The Committees Meeting details page has also been updated.
Both the Video Conference Platform and External Link options now show as linked buttons, with the respective URL as a link in the button.
Additional status messages have been added to show whether a link has been added or not.
Events

Tickets with empty "individually invite members" fields are now saved correctly. Previously if a field was empty and the ticket was subsequently saved it would cause the event not to be openable in the Admin area.
Pages

The image uploader for single images and galleries has been updated to automatically resize large images on upload. Previously the original images were stored, which meant that large images would slow down the members area pages when loaded.
Images are now automatically resized and scaled proportionally to have a maximum width/length of 1500px (pixels), whichever value is greatest.
NOTE: Images already uploaded will remain the same as the resizing happens on image upload and can't be implemented retroactively.
It is recommended that for any images or galleries with slow loading images to create new versions of them in the Pages editor to utilise the new resizer.

The Pages list now automatically updates when creating or updating pages and navigating back to the Pages list.
Transactions

Fixed a bug whereby if a member had OTHER payments these totals would be incorrectly deducted from a new transactions total
Members Area
General
A footer can now be added to the bottom of all Members Area pages, this can contain contact information, social media site links and logos for supported organisations.
Please contact support@memb.rs to have this option configured and enabled.
Committees

As above, an upcoming meeting can now have the metafields and response disabled. If a meeting form status is set to "Closed" then the member does not see the option to confirm attendance, decline, and, if added, the metafields.
#zf7zz3 - Member Ordering
A temporary update has been added so that if a member of a committee is the chairperson, or has a role of "Master" they are shown at the top of the members list.
This will be extended in the future to allow manual ordering of members.

Pages

As above, the image uploader for single images and galleries has been updated to automatically resize large images on upload.
This should reduce page load times and improve overall performance on pages with large numbers of images.
Events

Fixed the bug whereby when making a booking, after pressing the "Make Booking" button the page would not progress further than the spinning wheel.
#2rjwtmv - Incorrect Charges For Bookings
Amending a booking by adding in guests would cause the original booking cost to be added to the additional guest cost.
This occurred if the previous payment had a status of COMPLETED.
The system now checks for previous payments and adjusts the cost based on this.

If a ticket had an attendee limit to restrict the number of members that can book that ticket, once that ticket limit was reached it would apply that limit to all tickets.
The system now correctly applies ticket limits.
Payments
#2uxbrtb - GoCardless
For clients with the GoCardless payment option, the "setup new mandate" button has been removed if you do not have the Pro subscription for GoCardless.
It has been replaced with information text and a button link for the member to manually create the mandate.
With this, a member is now redirected to a new GoCardless page where they create the mandate manually.
Once completed, the member will be created in GoCardless as a customer and their unique customer ID can then be added to their members account.
NOTE: Once a member has created the mandate their GoCardless customer ID should be emailed to support@memb.rs so that it can be added to their profile.
Directory

Resolved the issue whereby if navigating between members in the directory and then clicking on the "Your Profile" link the page content did not fully load.
