Committees may have committee meetings added to them.
The main Committee page will shown each committee and the next scheduled meeting, if any.
Any meetings currently in progress will also have a badge stating this against it.
On the Meetings tab of a committee the meetings are divided in to Upcoming and Previous.
By selecting any of the meetings the details of that meeting will be shown.
This includes details of who has confirmed attendance, who has declined the meeting, and any optional fields that the member has completed.
Meeting specific documents will also be shown, additional documents can be added by pressing the Upload Document button.
The meeting can also be exported as a CSV document by using the Export Meeting button.
Adding Attendees
Members can be added to a meeting using the Add attendee button.
This will open a form which can be completed.
The dropdown member field will show any active member of the committee who has not already confirmed their attendance, this includes members who have already declined the meeting.
Removing Attendees
Members who have confirmed attendance to a meeting can be removed using the X icon against their name in the Attending/Attended list.
Edit Meeting
A meeting can be edited by pressing the Edit meeting button at the top right of the page, this will open the meeting form where any of the fields may be added or modified.
Some fields are required, this will be shown below the respective field. The meeting form cannot be saved if a required field is missing or incomplete.
