Below are details of the main fixes/updates that were rolled out recently.

Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.

 

Members Admin

Committees

    • The 'Next Meeting' column in the main Committees list now correctly only shows the next upcoming meeting date and time if it is in the future

    • Committee meetings can now be individually exported as a CSV format file using the 'Export meeting' button on the meeting page

Donations

  • A Donations section has been enabled to view all donations made.

  • Donations can be exported as a CSV format file from the main Donations section, this contains all relevant captured fields for donations, such as name, membership type, address (required for Gift Aid) and payment method used.

Committees

  • Committee meetings can now have a virtual event/video conference platform link added to it.
    • Supported video conference platforms are Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

  • This will show in the Members Area Committees section as a clickable button to access the link, if set.

  • Documents added to a committee or a committee meeting can now be downloaded within the Committees admin area

  • Documents added to a Committee are now automatically updated on the page

  • A status is now required for each committee (note: all existing committees have been set to have a status of 'active')
    • A status of 'active' means that the committee is visible in the Members Area
    • A status of 'inactive' means that the committee is not displayed in the Members Area

  • Committee descriptions now use a "rich text" editor, allowing for basic formatting (line breaks, bold text etc) to be used.

Events

    • The option to add a 'Dress Code' has been added to Events, this will be shown in the Event Details of an event

    • The 'Default status' field is now not required

    • An external link can be added to events which can be used if an event is to be booked externally, this will show as a button on the Members Area event page

Event Bookings

    • The Bookings tab now shows additional details, such as payment method and amount due, each booking can be clicked on to show individual booking details which provide further information on a booking

    • Individual Booking details have been updated to provide more information about the booking, such as transactions and attendee details

    • Bookings can now be made from within the event 'Booking' section using the Create Booking button. This provides the functionality to add a booking for a member and their guests and to add their details, such as address, dietary requirements etc, to the booking.

  • A payment can then be created against the booking once created, or the member can pay using their Payments section of the Members Area

    • Booking export CSV now has a 'total' column

  • Documents can now be attached to an event
    Multiple documents can be added by pressing the Add Document(s) for each new document
    Document links are sent within the booking confirmation email to the member

Any attached documents are shown in the event details section of an event.

Members

    • Transaction date and time is now stored correctly when manually adding a payment received against a transaction

Pages

    • If a 'Published Date/Time' is not set against a page then the main Pages list will show a warning against that page that it has not been set

  • When creating a new page and saving for the first time the page now automatically redirects to the newly created page URL, this removes the duplication of new pages that occurred

  • Pages can now be scheduled, if the Published date and time is in the future then the page will not be shown in the Members Area until the Published date is reached

 

Members Area

Payments

    • The individual members payments page has been updated to include further information on each payment, as well as the membership(s) against the member

Calendar

    • Committee meetings are now shown in chronological order if a member has more than one meeting in a day, previously the calendar showed the meetings alphabetically by committee

  • Fixed minor formatting issues when viewing Members Area pages on a mobile device or tablet
