Committee meetings can be cancelled if required.
To cancel a meeting go to the meeting in its respective committee.
Press the Edit Meeting button at the top right of the page to open up the meeting form.
In the Meeting Form Status select the Cancelled option.
Optionally, a message can be added that will be displayed to the members to give more information as to why the meeting has been cancelled, or to provide additional details for rescheduling etc.
Save the updated form, this will update the meeting and set it to Cancelled.

The members of the committee will see the following:
If a Meeting Message has been added then this will also be shown:
When a meeting is set to Cancelled then none of the meeting details, such as address, documents etc will be displayed.
