The Members Area Analytics provides an easy to use dashboard for your members area and how your members are interacting with it over time.
Your results may differ from those shown below as they are based on your members interaction with your Members Area.
By default the dashboard will show the top level of results for the last 30 days.
NOTE: Memb.rs does not use cookies to track individual member engagement for privacy reasons, as such the analytics provide a more top level view of activity within your members area.
If you see a blank page with just the title then please ensure that any adblockers are disabled as this causes the dashboard script to be blocked.

Filtering Results
Each of the sections can be filtered by clicking on the respective result shown, the Time Graph will also update based on the filter.
Using the "open in new page" icon next to the result will allow open that page in a new window (you must be logged in to view it).

At the top of the dashboard next to the client name will be shown the current filter(s) in use.
Clicking on the X next to each one will remove that filter, remove all filters to show the main dashboard results.
Exporting Results
The dashboard provides the ability to export the results to CSV files.
Use the Export icon at the top right of the Time Graph.
NOTE: The data exported is based on the filters in use at the time of pressing the Export button.
You will be asked to download a ZIP file, which contains CSV files for each of the sections, these CSV files can be opened in all spreadsheet applications, such as Excel, or in a text editor.
Summary
The summary section shows the various statistics for the members area, this updates automatically based on any filters that have been added.
It will also show any current visitors.
Filter
Predefined filters can be used to filter the results shown providing further control over the data displayed.
For example, you may wish to filter the results based on a specific location that members are reported to be in.
By clicking on any of the options a new modal window will be shown that provides the option to filter that specific data type.
Negative filters can also be created, use the dropdown on the left to choose whether the results should match or not match based on the "is" or "is not" option.
NOTE: The filter options will only show options that have matching results, so if no members viewed the Members Area from France, that country won't be shown in the filter options.
Date Range
Date ranges for the results can be used, by default the dashboard shows the last 7 days of activity.
NOTE: Letters against each option are the keyboard shortcuts to use that filter, these keyboard shortcuts can be used from anywhere on the dashboard to instantly filter results.
Time Graph
The Time Graph provides a visual representation of the results, which can be easier to view trends over time.
The Time Graph will automatically update based on any filters chosen.
Moving your mouse pointer over the graph will show further details and can also be clicked to filter based on that date/time.
Top Sources
This section shows where members have come from, however as the Members Area requires a member to be signed in this may not always show any results.
The analytics script is loaded when the member logs in to the Members Area, as such unless they were already logged in then the Top Sources will not show how the member arrived at the Members Area.
If you have used the "Login as member" option from within the Membrs Admin then this will be listed as app.memb.rs.
Clicking the DETAILS option will show further information on the particular statistics of members who arrived from that site.

Pages are ordered by the number of visitors to that page.

Exit Pages

Further Details
Clicking on the DETAILS at the bottom of each section will bring up further data, as shown below for the Top Pages section.
Locations
An interactive map will show the location that members are reported to have visited from, countries are shaded based on the number of members visiting from that country.
NOTE: Some users may use VPNs or browsers which disable location reporting, which may mask their true location and locations are based on the members internet providers local exchange, which may not be the exact location of the member.
Moving the mouse pointer over the countries will show the number of members from each (if any) based on any filters set.
Clicking on the country will show further details of the locations, first by region(s) within that country, then by city within that region.
Clicking on England shows all members locations from that country.
The top right filters of Map, Countries, Regions and Cities can also be used independently without drilling down from the map, this will then show all respective results for that filter.
Devices
Devices will show which device a member used to view the Members Area, for example a desktop, laptop or mobile device.
NOTE: Some browsers or operating systems can be configured to report as a different browser from that actually used.
The browser that the member has used is also recorded.
Finally, the operating system that was used by the member.
