Below are details of the main updates rolled out this month.
Where applicable, a task ID has been added in green for reference.
Admin Portal
Analytics
Updated the page logic to reduce/remove the data resets when interrogating the statistics (e.g. using date filters).
Dashboard
Updated the Members' Status chart with historical comparison tables.
Updated the Registered vs Unregistered chart with historical comparison tables.
Events
Bookings
There is now an additional Bookings Change History view on the Bookings tab which will show all booking logs for the event being viewed.
This view will show all logs for the event, with options to filter by booking, and a button on each log entry to the booking.
Event Options
Added Company to the Attendee Fields, which if ticked will show a Company text field in the Guest options.
Shop
Products
Added an Archived status option and view for products.
Stock Levels
Added an Out of Stock email alert that will be sent to the same email addresses as in the Place Order email.
This will be sent whenever a product variant reaches 0 inventory.
Members Area
Booking History
Added pagination to the bookings.
Added a status filter for bookings.
Added a card view for smaller viewports, such as mobile devices.
Donation History
Added pagination to the donations.
Added a status filter for donations.
Added a card view for smaller viewports, such as mobile devices.
Order History
Added pagination to the orders.
Added a status filter for orders.
Payments
Updated the Payments table to a more responsive design, so on smaller screen sizes, such as phones, the payments will show as cards, with all data and buttons visible without having to scroll horizontally.
Additionally, pagination has been added to improve the usability of the page.
Shop
Product Images are now thumbnails on the product description, and clicking the image will open it in a modal window at a larger size.
