Organisations allow you to add organisations or businesses that are associated with your company.
For example, your company may have links with charities or businesses whom you wish to allow their members access to your members area, or to charge annual fees, but these members are not a full part of your company.
An example is shown below of associated organisations within the Demo company.
Organisations allows you to create these organisations and allocate membership fees and limits on the number and type of members that can be active at the same time.
Once created, you can then create Organisation Membership Types to members in the same manner as normal Membership Types with the only difference being that the Entity field is set to Organisation Member.
To create a new Organisation, press the New Organisation button in the top right of the screen which will open a new input box.
Shown below is an example organisation, typically you are required to add a Name, and a Status (active or inactive) for the organisation. You may also wish to add a description and logo of the organisation.
Optional fields can also be configured based on your requirements for the data you wish to capture, an example of these types of fields are shown in the Organisation Profile section.
Once complete, press the Submit button to save the Organisation.
To see the new Organisation, refresh the page.
To view the Organisation and to see additional options available, select the organisation you wish to view.
Depending on your company configuration, you will see various fields and tabs on the screen, allowing you to view and manage Memberships and Members within the organisation.
