Synchronisation With Memb.rs
Synchronisation from Memb.rs to Mailchimp occurs when the following happens:
- An individual member record is updated (either in the admin portal or members area)
- A segment is created or updated.
To manually synchronise your current Segments as Tags in Mailchimp, you can go to the Manage segments page
On each Segment you wish to update press the Sync button
Repeat this for each segment as required.
Then to sync Memb.rs Segments to Mailchimp tags just update or create a segment and it will sync.
Notes
- This integration only syncs from Memb.rs to Mailchimp, not the other way.
- If a tag exists in Mailchimp, then that matching Segment will not be synchronised, in this case you can rename the Segment in Memb.rs to a unique name, which will be synchronised.
- A new member will be added to Mailchimp automatically when created if they are active and have an email address.
